MEMBERSHIP

All of the details regarding your MPOWR Culture membership can be found in your account. When you enroll in a pricing plan, it shows up as a subscription and allows you to register for certain youth basketball classes.

Profile
When creating your account, edit your profile to include your child's name in the "Parent of" section. Upload a picture to help us identify you.

My Subscription

Pricing plans are the payments for your basketball program. Payments are not per month. They occur on 2-4 week basis. An 8 week program can have 3 payments of $x. A 12 week program can have 4 payments of $x. Be sure to pay attention to those details when you enroll. 
 

If you ever forget the details of your pricing plan, simply log into your account and select "My Subscriptions". You'll see the name of your pricing plan along with future and past payment dates and payment amounts. An expired or completed pricing plan means you have completed your financial obligation for your basketball program. It does not mean your basketball program is ending.

My Bookings
Need to know when your next class is? Log into your account and select "My Bookings". You'll see all dates for the basketball camps, basketball leagues, or basketball class you joined.

My Wallet

Failed payments may result in additional fees. To update your payment method before your due date, log into your account and select "My Wallet". An invoice is automatically emailed when payments fail. You have the opportunity to submit payment yourself immediately after.
